Refunds & Cancellation
At Miara Essentials, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, customers are required to email our customer support team at info@miaraessentials.com. Once the cancellation request is acknowledged, we will process the refund within 7 business days. Please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
Refunds and returns are applicable only in specific cases, such as products damaged during transit, products with physical defects, or incorrect products shipped. To initiate a refund, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing info@miaraessentials.com along with clear photographs of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product and the order details.
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, the seal has been broken, or the serial number has been tampered with. Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to validate the claim. If the return is approved, we will process a refund or replacement as per the customer’s preference. If the product is deemed ineligible for return, it will be sent back to the customer.
For refunds related to online payments, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days after approval. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred to the customer’s bank account within 14 working days.
